Children’s Ministry

9:00 AM – Nursery & classes available for children, Pre-K and under

10:45 AM – Classes available for all ages, nursery through Fifth Grade

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14). God values children and so do we! That’s why at Cornerstone Kids, we work hard to create an environment where children can get to know Christ at an early age and enjoy the benefits of a life-long relationship with Him. Our goal is to partner with parents in helping their children develop good spiritual habits such as prayer, Scripture memory, worship, serving, and giving. We want to help our kids appreciate and experience the love and power of the awesome God we serve, and we want them to develop a compassion for others that encompasses the whole world. To this end, we utilize the “Tru” curriculum in our classrooms on Sunday mornings. They get to know that the Bible is all one “Big God Story.” Our younger children nursery to three years old learn What God Made and What God Does with “Discipleland” curriculum.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Safety is key at Cornerstone Kids. That means when you check in your kids for our services at either 9:00 or 10:45 you will use our online check-in program. You can go to the friendly faces at the check-in desk to help you get checked in for the first time or to speed up the process on your first time click here to pre-register. If you pre-register, please stop by the Kids Check-In Desk to get a welcome gift for your children.

  • You can check your children in up to 15 minutes before service starts.
  • At both our 9:00 and 10:45 hours, our Nursery-Three years old learn a lesson about What God Made or What God Has Done. They will also play, have music time, and have a snack.
  • At our 10:45 hour, our Pre-K through Fifth Grade Kids worship together and then separate into their grade level classes to learn the same Bible lesson but, in an age-appropriate way. They will then do activities or games that reinforce the lesson.
