• Cornerstone Connections - If you would like to  find out more about the church or possibly become a  member, please sign up on our communication card  or email office@cornerstonecbc.org, for a two week informational class “Cornerstone Connections”.  The class will meet on Sundays, August 22 & 29, at 9:15 a.m.
  
  
• La Conexion Latina - For our Spanish speaking friends we will have our first meeting on Sunday, September 12, at 9:15 am.  We will meet here at the church building,  in the kitchen each Sunday.  Please invite your friends.
  
  
• ESL Training - Has God placed a burden on your heart for Non-English speaking people of Fort Bend County for Christ?  Then taking the ESL training for two Saturdays in September is exactly what you need to do.  Only prerequisite is to love people.  For more information  please contact Clifton or Jane Bullock at 802-274-0114 or 713-542-5745.
  
  
• Women’s Ministry Kick-Off Potluck - Sign up for the women’s ministry kick off fall semester Bible Study with a Potluck Brunch and worship by Greg Berry on Wednesday, September 1, from 9 - 11 a.m.  We will also be viewing the video introduction to the fall study. 
  
  
• Ladies’ Bible Study - Both the morning and evening Ladies’ Bible Study will begin on Wednesday, September 1.  We will be meeting here at the church at 9:00 a.m. for the morning session and 7:00 p.m. for the evening session.  The study will be “A Woman’s Heart, God’s Tabernacle” by Beth Moore.  Study guides are available for purchase in the lobby today, for $15.00.    For more information please contact Elvie Burckart.
  
  
• Teacher Training - If you love to study the Word and think you would one day enjoy facilitating a small group Bible study, you are invited to join us for the Women’s Ministry’s first-ever Teacher Training Workshop to be help at the Burckart home at 9:00 a.m. this Saturday, August, 28.  Melissa Alderfer, a gifted, seasoned Bible teacher and women’s ministry leader, will be teaching this practical class on how to facilitate small groups.  If you plan to attend or would like further information, please contact Elvie Burckart

• Just for Starters - Would you like to receive personal instruction in the basics of the Christian faith? Then our six-week "Just for Starters" study may be just for you.
